This original hand-sculpted piece was created for the official Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles anniversary show held in New York City in 2014. The diorama depicts a quiet moment between Master Splinter and his four young proteges, where he is training them to ultimately become the ninjas we know today. This piece is all about trust and a representation of why the four brothers are so devoted to their dear sensei, as one of the young wards places all of his faith in his master, while precariously balancing on one finger. Set in their underground sewer headquarters, this piece also has a built-in LED feature that mimics muted light that illuminates their training against evil-doers everywhere.
This piece was made of epoxy, polymer clay, PVC and is approx 16"w x 10"h and 10" d. Painted with acrylics with a working LED light feature.
